Resident of the Month: Catherine S.
Regal Heights is proud to announce that Ms. Catherine is our April Resident of the Month. Ms. Catherine was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and worked as a teacher for many years.
She loves to read, work on her word puzzles, and enjoys baking. Ms. Catherine loves to eat Greek food, such as “Spanakorizo” (Spanish rice) and enjoys “Baklava” dessert.
Ms. Catherine listens to Andrea Bocelli music and her favorite thing to say is, “Come talk to me in Greek”.
